The process of Office Automation may include review/creation of the following:

  Assessment: We assess how work the work is currently done.

  Planning: We help re-design or develop business processes and work procedures for the effective utilization of a companies existing resources (human and technical). This improves employee production and increase customer satisfaction.

  Documentation: We ensure that business policies and procedures are being represented accurately in documentation. Our position is that documentation can and should serve the following purposes:

Captures all information required to do the work

Easy to understand and update by employees

Used as a training device to quickly get new employees up to speed.

Our documentation strategy is ISO compliant.

  Provide Training & Coaching for teams and individuals: We can effectively bring employees up to speed on the new system by educating them about the changes, training them to understand their improved roles and responsibilities defined in work processes and performance measures, and coach them to succeed by changing old work habits and implementing new ones that support the new structure.

  Performance Measurement: Based on accurate documentation, employees embrace their clearly defined roles and responsibilities and can work more efficiently.

  Software Design & Implementation: We make recommendations for software (shelf or custom--see MCTS Solutions at the top of this page) where necessary to insure production efficiency, increased consumer & employee satisfaction.
